I was initially interested in the radio function, but it is a nice app overall to learn about Japan and what is going on right now too
Theres tabs to help beginners learn the basics and a place to talk woth others and practice but unfortunatly, the radio stations seems to mostly not work for me. Or are they broken for everyone? I wish it could be fixed.

Some bad moments
Easy to use and effective way to get exposure to natural, spoken Japanese. The software is a lot better than other Japanese radio apps that I have used, in that it is easy to navigate, and also has no loading problems.
They offer some pretty interesting stations, but unfortunately the NHK stations wont work outside of Japan.
You are helping get so much more exposure to spoken Japanese. I cant thank you enough!
I am currently getting back into studying Japanese, so its useful to have the radio on in the background to help immerse myself. Great app!
Great for listening skills and developing regular paced placement of particles. The only down side is that most stations offered are "dry" talk shows. Although funny things do happen and this is a study aid not an entertainment app, a little pop or rock couldnt hurt. I love to put this on when Im studying. The app itself is fairly streamline and easy to use even if you dont know any kana.It truly helps with your comprehension
